Through wind, rain and cobbles
We Ride Belgium together
Train together. Suffer a little. Finish a legend.
Ride Belgium Together is a full journey toward one iconic goal: riding the complete 230 km of De Ronde van Vlaanderen — the day before the pros. Not just surviving it, but finishing it with confidence, strength and a peloton of people who’ve trained right beside you.
With expert coaching from Coach2Peak and performance coach Remko Meeusen, you’ll follow a personalized training plan, get ongoing feedback and connect virtually with a group of riders who share your goal. We’ll train together, support each other, and get stronger — week by week.
Then, we meet in Belgium — at the gateway to the Flemish Ardennes — for one unforgettable week of riding, having fun, suffering (a bit), and celebrating together. You’ll tackle the cobbles. You’ll climb the Muur. You’ll earn the finish line.
This isn’t a race.
It’s a legend.
And we ride it together.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
🏁 The Mission
Train together. Suffer a little. Finish a legend.
This isn’t just a cycling challenge — it’s the Ronde van Vlaanderen. 230 kilometers of cobbles, climbs, and history. You don’t ride it alone. You connect, train and finish the event in a supportive group of likeminded cyclists.
🧭 The Training
With coaching powered by Coach2Peak, you’ll follow a personalized 3-month training plan created by performance expert Remko Meeusen — who has worked with pro teams and Olympic athletes.
You’ll get real feedback, weekly adjustments and the support you need to stay on track, no matter your current level.
🤝 The Community
You’re not in this alone. Through our virtual peloton, you’ll connect with other riders training for the same goal. Share progress, ask questions and keep each other motivated.
We ride at our own pace — but we’re on this journey together.

🚴 The Big Day
On Saturday, April 5, you ride the full 230 km Ronde van Vlaanderen — one day before the pros. You’ll face the cobbles, the weather, the fatigue — and you’ll finish.
Not because it’s easy.
Because you’ve trained for it.
Because you’re part of something bigger.
🎉 The Celebration
The day after, we relax and celebrate. We’ll watch the pro race live from the roadside, enjoy a brewery lunch, and share stories from the road — tired legs, full hearts and cold beer in hand.
You’ll see the pros pass by multiple times, and follow the race finale on a big screen — so you don’t miss a second of the action.

The Team
-
Father. Cyclist. Film producer.
I grew up in Bruges, live in Brussels, and have explored the world: for work and for fun.
Cycling has taken me across Europe, but the Classics will always have my heart. There’s something about those epic one day-rides: the rawness of the effort that keeps calling me back.
For me, epic rides aren’t just about the finish line — they’re about the road there, and who you share it with. That’s what Ride Flanders Together is all about.
I love helping others push their limits and reach their goals — not just as individuals, but together. Because the best rides aren’t raced.
They’re remembered.

Sports scientist. Performance coach. Passionate about progress.
Remko is the founder of Coach2Peak and a seasoned cycling and endurance coach with over two decades of experience guiding athletes — from everyday riders to world-class professionals.
With a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Sport Science, Remko combines scientific insight with real-world experience. He’s worked with pro cycling teams, Olympic athletes, and is closely involved in the coaching of Belgium’s national para-cycling team.
Remko believes that the road to peak performance starts with smart, personalized training — and that every rider, no matter their level, deserves coaching that adapts to them.
Through Coach2Peak, he brings that philosophy to Ride Flanders Together, helping participants train with purpose, stay consistent, and arrive at the start line ready to take on the full Ronde.
“Coaching isn’t just about watts and numbers. It’s about building confidence, rhythm, and belief — one ride at a time.”
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
You should be able to comfortably ride 100–120 km or 60-65 miles before the program starts. The goal is to finish the full 230 km at your own pace — not to race it. We’ll help you build toward that.
-
It’s both. You’ll train for three months at home using a personalized program from Coach2Peak, then spend one week in Belgium with a group of fellow riders — riding, preparing, and experiencing the Ronde together.
All participants receive a customized training plan from Coach2Peak, tailored to your level, time, and goals. You’ll get regular feedback and support.

Spring in Belgium — and especially early April — brings a bit of everything: cool mornings, fresh winds, bright skies, and the occasional drizzle. It’s a season full of contrast and character, and that’s exactly what gives the Ronde van Vlaanderen its iconic atmosphere.
-
We recommend a comfortable, performance-oriented road bike with:
·At least 28mm tires (for cobbles and comfort)
·Disc brakes (strongly advised for variable terrain and weather)
A compact or semi-compact gearing setup is also useful for the steep, short climbs typical of the Flemish Ardennes.
A power trainer setup at home to be able to follow the virtual training and workouts. If you’d rather workout outdoors, a power meter is sufficient.
“There’s no such thing as bad weather — only bad clothing.”
April in Belgium can bring sunshine, rain, wind… or all three in one day. We recommend:
Multiple sets of cycling clothes (wet weather & warm weather options)
Base layers and arm/leg warmers
A quality rain jacket / wind vest
·Water-proof shoe covers & gloves
Casual clothes for post-ride activities

First, we’ll always try to adapt the ride so you can finish because we know that circumstances might change leading up to the event. Need to quit the event? There’s no shame in that. Our crew will be on the road to help with pacing, nutrition, encouragement — and pickup if needed.

Travel to and from Belgium. Bike rental or costs of repairs. Meals, drinks and journeys outside the regular program.
